Jellybean’s
guarantees all our CD’s, cassette tapes, record albums, software,
video, DVD’s and video games for seven days against all and any
defects. This covers any kind of defect associated with play of
the item. Jellybean’s will exchange any defective items for the
same item or another in the store if the same item is not available.

Return Policy
Items must be returned to the store it was purchased from.
Defective items must be returned to the store within seven days
of the purchase 
date. Grace periods can be granted if store is contacted and
approves.
Receipts are
not required for returns, however the price sticker must still be
on the item or return will not be permitted. Please do not remove
price stickers until you are certain the items is free of defects!
Returns are
accepted for in-store credit only.
NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AT ANY STORE
If the customer wishes, they can also be given a credit slip to
use at another time.
This credit will be good for most items in the store.
Returns for switched
items will not be granted. This means that the item bought
should be checked to make certain you have the correct CD, Video,
Tape, etc
inside the case before leaving the store. The counter person
will usually do this for
you at the check-out, but it never hurts to make certain yourself!
